Digital Marketing Specialist

Dunwoody, GA

The digital marketing coordinator will support Sequence Health with both internal and external campaigns focused around but not limited to : SEM, PPC, Display, Social Media Ads, Remarketing, and Email Marketing.

Ideal candidate has strong digital marketing experience in healthcare focused strongly in SEM and Paid Ads. They are able to pick up new technologies and platforms easily and quickly and stay on top of the constant changing landscape of the digital world. They will work with the Director of Marketing and Creative but also coordinate with other departments and vendors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and act as an additional administrator for all tools and accounts related to digital marketing analytics and digital advertising.
  • Help manage all internal/external digital marketing campaigns and keep track of spends and coordinate with the billing department on a regular basis.
  • Conduct training and serve as an additional go-to resource for strategy and best practices related to paid search ads, display ads, programmatic/ABM ads, social ads, tracking, and digital analytics.
  • Conduct routine SEM & PPC account audits to improve performance (E.g. reduce CPL, improve conversion rates, improve won/lost rate by campaign, etc.)
  • Create, optimize, and report out on all SEM, PPC, display and social ad campaigns
  • Provide direction on UTM parameters and other parameters for all traffic channels
  • Conduct regular A/B tests and other experiments to improve performance on all paid advertising platforms
  • Coordinate between the Director of Marketing, vendors, and accounts managers as needed.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Google Ads certification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SEM/PPC/Social advertising and Google Analytics; Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred
  • Experience building Google paid search and display campaigns from the ground up Experience building and optimizing digital advertising campaigns that met or exceeded business objectives
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with intermediate Excel functions such as filtering, remove duplicates, conditional formatting, graphs, etc.
  • Experience with remarketing with platforms such as Adroll
  • Solid understanding of optimizing for landing page quality score and search ad quality score
  • Experience creating the following using Google Analytics: custom reports, segments, custom filters, accounts, properties, & views, and goals
  • Experience with Email marketing, automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, Zoho or similar)
